  Excellent.
  
  This is what I would expect from a Centurion Lounge.
  
  5-star quality food, service, staff, facilities. The hosts and hostesses were incredibly kind.
  
  No complaints. Patrons are friendly, and it was obvious everyone felt at home.

  Awesome place. However i found hair ? in my food. I made a complaint at the counter but i hope they are more careful with the food handling. I took a hot shower i had some good wine ? my wife took a nap the kids enjoyed the play room.

  We don't have any centurion lounges in CT. This is a very nice step up with respect to lounges. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon walking in today our host asked if we wanted complimentary massages. What' an unexpected treat. My wife and I got massages before our flight and I must say that I can get used to traveling in this manner. The food was quite good and having liquor and other drinks available is just perfect for a simple man like me. The areas are nice and clean and they have lay down seating to board room seating to just relaxation areas. Well done Amex and all I want are more lounges.

  Polite, well trained staff with attentive and proactive services.
  Food options are decent with a well equipped bar.
  
  However, it lacks a cook-to-order station and the shower is a bit underwhelming. It doesn't even come with a hair dryer and I had to dry my hair with the hand dryer like a salvage.
  
  Despite its shortcomings, it is well above average among these "peasant lounge", and even many domestic business class lounges in North America. Hence, the 5 stars is well deserved.

  The check in was pretty fast and the people at the counter were extremely friendly and efficient; one of them noticed me taking pictures and said “leave us a good review!” Which I fount to be an example of being professional yet friendly and casual (unlike another centurion in MDF where the lady at the spa did not allow me to take pictures even though the room was empty). The food was pretty good this time and I particularly liked the private “phone” cabins, which are pretty much private little retreats. They have an overall good layout, confortable seats and definitively not as busy as other Centurions (like San Francisco’s, Jesus Christ!). Like most lounges, it goes in waves, so at times you may have a small line for food at others none. Overall a pleasant experience; I look forward to being back.
