  I moved in to Bear Creek after looking at several property's. It is older but well kept, the maintenance department doesn't leave anything to be desired. Along with all of the property management team these guys do exactly as they advertise. Moving from a lake side home to an apartment created some anxiety downsizing from 3900 sq ft. Yet, this group had been transparent and made the transition effortless for me. I love it here and the staff that has been assembled to manage and care for this older but definitely top of the line property are truly professionals, the tenants mirror that as well. I've got great neighbors to go along with the excellent staff and the location....if your looking I would definitely recommend. PLA

  Joyce is AMAZING! I stopped by this property to inquire about a two bedroom! I was not very optimistic as I have stopped by multiple times to view and they have always been full with no up and coming availability. I was greeted promptly by Ms. Joyce and advised that they do in fact have a unit available. Despite it being fairly close to them closing, Joyce not only offered me a tour of the actual unit but, she took me on a full tour of the property. The property is beautiful and the upgrades are worth every dime. I did not feel at all rushed or like I was being sold something. Because of my overall experience I decided to apply immediately. I look forward to becoming a resident here. Thanks Ms. Joyce!

  I lived at Oakmont from 2016-2017 and I have not ONE complaint! The community is nice and quiet, everything is always clean and up to standard and the neighbors are super friendly! The only reason I had to move was because my family size grew and I needed more space than was available. They were always pleasant, always willing to work with any situation I may have come across and never let me down. My son (3 y.o.) even loved them! Joyce, Laurie, Val and the maintenance staff became like family and always ensured things were taken care of. I wish I could move back!!
