    As a technician for people’s gas TB Bartolomeo is the best plumber I have ever worked with. I recommend him all the time.

    My external gas line needed replaced. I called several contractors to get a quote and surprisingly Tyler was the only one who called me back promptly. I had to call the other contractors back several times just to get their quotes. Upon receiving all the quotes, Tyler's price was in the middle of the road, but fair. Additionally, he gave me several follow up calls to let me know where he was in the process. I appreciated working with a guy who was very professional, called me back. showed up on time, and gave me a fair deal. I wouldn't waste time with contractors who do not call you back promptly. I HIGHLY RECOMMED TYLER!

    Tyler installed a new gas line and moved my gas meter from the basement, to the outside of my home. He was extremely responsive and professional. He took great care to return my yard to good condition after digging the holes for the line. I would definitely use Tyler again

    I had taken competitive quotes from several local plumbers from our area to install a deduct meter. Tyler was prompt in returning my call, to set up a time to look at the project and provided a competitive quote to do the job.
    The completed job came in as quoted and while on the job our kitchen faucet started to leak and he was able to take time and replace our fixture with little inconvenience.
    Highly recommend Tyler and TB Batolomeo Mechanical.

    Tyler replaced our gas line. Reasonably priced and did a wonderful job. Left our yard looking like they were never here. Will definitely use him again.

    It is beautiful, staff is helpful, price is great, it was very clean when I moved in. Amazing! LOVE my kitchen & the pool!

    Avenue 900 is some of the best apartments in the area. The property is beautiful and the amenities are top notch. The current management team, Crystal, Brandi and Rachel do an outstanding job and were a pleasure to deal with. Also, Mark and the maintenance team are fantastic and work hard daily to keep apartments working and the property clean. The only cons I can think after living there over four years are some of the residents don’t take care of their living area and the property. Which is not the Avenue 900 teams fault. Thanks Avenue 900 for all your hard work!

    This is a wonderful place to live! The apartment is exactly what we wanted and the office staff is so friendly and helpful. The dog parks are fantastic for our Daisy. We love living here and we're enjoying every minute of it.

    What's awesome is that they are constantly improving our apartment and always make you feel welcomed in the community. About 3-4 times a month they hold special events in the community room at the office for the residents.

    Thank you Avenue 900 for making our first home an amazing experience!

    ***UPDATE 3/31/19 - still love this place! Only problem I find is that parking is scarce. But there is plenty of street parking outside of the complex. I am in love with the dog parks and so is my dog!***

    Just moved to Avenue 900 and I love it here so far. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the property itself is beautiful. The property is in great condition, lots of walking paths in and around the complex. They have TWO HUGE dog parks (one for large and one for small). The pool area is gorgeous and the gym is HUGE and well equipt. They have a mailing package system called LuxerOne that makes picking up packages extremely easy and convenient. I live in a 880 sq. ft one bedroom apartment and because of the layout, it feels WAY bigger than that. I love this place and highly recommend moving here!

    Brand new apartments. Have a stylish exterior in quite location for apartments. Staff is awesome and have an amazing maintenance crew. Great place to call home
