It’s been a year and I am pleased with all the services. Mason was amazing in the initial stages with getting me started and going with all the paperwork. Sylvia is my property manager and she has been excellent as well. They’ve kept me updated about everything. I’ve never had to go to the office or show up in person. They make it so easy to rent a property. I love that they conduct a thorough background check on tenants and pick the right one. Sylvia is always just one phone call or one text message away and she response in a timely manner. I am truly grateful

We have been truly blessed to have formed professional relationships with Alejandra Sainz and Angela Brainard. They guided us through the process with aplomb, they offered ease of viewing, documentation completion and the entire move-in process. We searched the area for a couple months with and without a realtor , then we were connected with our professionals at 1st Choice, 1st Choice really should have been our first choice and yours too. Angela with 1st Choice is great! We worked with another management company prior to 1st Choice and hands down this is a much better experience.
