I went to the junkyard to find a part that was on backorder online. Ana Alonso was so helpful!!!! She wrote down where the part was located and she showed me a map of where the vehicle was located. If I Have to come back I will definitely ask for her!!! Great customer service!!!!

Stopped by today to look for some wheels. Upon entering the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The nice team member was so kind and helpful on explaining the lot. She really made me feel like they wanted business compared to other places I have been. The yard was filled with a good variety of cars. I spent time checking out a few. Unfortunately couldn’t get the wheels I wanted as they were taken already. But I will definitely be going back and continue monitoring their inventory. Thank you all for a pleasant experience!

Evelyn assisted me and was awesome! They took a little while to move a vehicle into the area where you can pull parts but found the part I was looking for that was not ready to be done, so I was fine with waiting. She discounted the part due to my patience. Very friendly and accommodating. She was transparent what was going on while I waited. They also had a very clean public bathroom for a salvage yard! Thanks! 😀
