Kite's Custom Cleaners

I was frantically looking for someone to spot clean my wedding dress in a rush, as I was getting married in one week and there were little black scuff marks at the bottom of my dress from a different alterations place I had gone to. I called Kite's and spoke to Melissa. She told me to bring my dress in that day and they would see what they could do. When I arrived someone promptly took my dress to the back to see what they could do, Melissa and I chatted. Not even ten minutes later my dress came out and EVERY SINGLE imperfection spot had been taken out of the satin skirt. I was absolutely elated, and to make it better, they didn't charge me for it. I cannot express the level of gratitude or relief I felt knowing that my dress was perfect for my wedding day. They were so kind, and helped me when I was in need of help ASAP. I cannot thank them enough.
