(September 1, 2020, 1:00 pm)I had brought my car up there knowing I would receive excellent service, as I have been visiting meineke for almost all things car related. When I went inside, a man named Elvis greeted me and said he'll do what he can to help me out with my budget and he really truly did. My check engine light was on and he let me know what problems I was having, as well as doing an oil change and helping me replace my brakes. I highly recommend anyone who needs car repairs or maintenance to go and see him.

(July 16, 2020, 12:53 pm)I talk to Robert at Meineke on Altamesa n Fort worth, I just drove in from New Mexico and my air conditioner stop cooling. I called the dealership all over all on a 3 week appointment. I was at lost, after speaking to Robert he was so helpful I had no idea they accepted car warranty and I was so stressed didnt no what to do, Robert was so nice, patient n understanding found part n fixed my air conditioner the next day. The mechanic n the shop was courteous. Thank you so much Meineke n ty so much Robert for being so nice n so helpful. Fast, curios service
