Had a 2100 hr pick up got there about 1940 the young lady at guard got me checked in gave me my door number got backed in was loaded just after 2100 but the only issue was, the office couldn't make out my ph. number, it was cold and my hands were shaking when I checked in but got paperwork and was out by 2200. Super nice people.

Food truck /car comes by at lunch and late dinner, descant food I always go in early
To unload they do not mind

I don't know about others experience here but my was great. I really appreciate the in and out on my delivery and the help I received when the truck lost its airlines. Thanks and keep up the great work Guys. Please remember respect all.

Hi. Here's my experience.

My appointment was set for 11:59 I arrived at 11:15 p.m. you are not allowed to check in earlier. You have to be within one hour of your appointment. The guy working the guard shack was helpful and gave directions on what to do.

The lady at night shift receiving and checking was really helpful. I spent about 3 hours at the location unloading.

The gentleman working the yard advice that they no longer allow overnight parking once you get your paperwork you are expected to leave.

In case the pilots of the road doesn't have space, right opposite the facility is a road where truckers park on the side.

Restaurants in the facility are clean.

Appointment was @ 1600Hrs, showed up a hour early & had a door ready to be unloaded. Plenty of space to slide my tandems & back into my dock with doors closed. Easy money! Thanks Americold, see you next time.
