  Great service and great price. Found through Kayak. Rented at DFW. I was concerned when I learned that the rental office was off-site rather than in the DFW airport complex, but the agent made sure to pick me up within 5 minutes of my call from the baggage claim, and it probably took less time to go to their office than it would have for me to wait for the shuttle to go to the on-site rental place. Rental was super smooth and the car was great. Just make sure you read the fine print: it's apparently not allowed to take the car out of state without paying extra fees. I wouldn't know because I stayed in-state, but I almost missed that notice in the fine print.

  It was an overall seamless trip booking with Firearch. I booked with them last minute and got a great deal pricing is very fair. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. Also damish picked me up and dropped off at 4am. Again just an overall great experience.

  My wife booked a car for me with Firearch. I did not know what to expect from a off site rental. It was the absolute best possible experience. They have a high level of excellence that I have never had from any other rental company! I would highly suggest using this company ....you will not be disappointed!!
  And by the way my car was very nice!

  Firearch is legit! Best car rental experience. Easy. Simple. Friendly. Best rates compared to competitors. The location is few minutes away but it is well worth it. I don't usually write reviews but trust me on THIS and you will NOT regret!! This will be my goto spot on my next rental in Dallas!

  Excellent rental, absolutely no issues or complaints. I was a bit worried about renting a car "off-airport", as I travel a lot and rarely do this. However, the rates from Firearch were so much better than the standard rental car agencies, that I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. It was a little weird picking up and dropping off the car, as this is not like the regular car rental companies and there is not a large staff of people waiting for you to show up. It seems to be pretty much a one-man operation, which I am sure helps keep the price down. Bottom line for me is that it worked great, saved me a ton of money and was hassle-free. I would definitely use them again.
