The process is clear and fast
Linda , and the crew were awesome!!!
Very nice and very patient and willing to explain the process to new home buyers. This was my first time buying a home and the process was so easy. From my realtor to inspection and signing. Everyone was so nice and helpful through the whole process. I was never left to wonder if I was doing the right thing or making a good decision.
I am a Realtor and have closed many transactions with Providence Title and Linda Workman. For the life of me, I cannot fathom how anyone could give a bad review on Linda. What do you want a Title Company to do? Do all of the paperwork, title searches, etc. for free? Linda is a very ethical person, and I have never had a single problem with her or Providence Title. I just sent another file to her today. I have no doubt she will handle it with the utmost of professionalism, just like she always does.
Closed on our house when we bought and sold here. No problems
