Very good experience yesterday. Went to pick up a car and had nothing but good people to deal with. We were able to get everything done quickly and were on our way. Maybe all the bad reviews are from people who are from the people that are the problem.
I read a lot of negative reviews about customer service. I went in today for a vin check. The front staff and the police officers were great to deal with. I think the majority of reviews are coming from people getting their car out of impound. No one wants to pay an outrageous fee to retrieve their car, it’s understandable, but it doesn’t reflect on the impound itself. I had no issues when I walked in. It went as smooth as it could. I received the answers I needed and went on my way.
