Dr. Moran has been seeing my daughter for a couple of years. He is great at listening and solving problems. The staff have been very good to us also. We are pleased with them.
Today I had to call Dr. Moran’s office because my psychiatrist prescribed me the wrong medication that I have already been taking for a month (it’s an antihistamine). I really thought it would be a shot in the dark getting my primary to give me a prescription I usually get through my psychiatrist (who is impossible to get ahold of). Low and behold a few hours later the correct prescription was waiting at the pharmacy for me!! The fact that he took the time to help me in this time of need (I suffer from horrible insomnia and this is the only non-habit forming/ non antidepressant that works for me). I’m so grateful the staff and Dr. Moran took the time to help me with this predicament because it would have meant many sleepless nights until I could have the correct medicine. I’m so thankful!!!!
I was a new patient. The day of my appointment I called several times to try and find the office, because my GPS kept taking me to different places. Nobody would answer the phones, so finally I found them and they did, however, still get me in to see Dr. Moran. I liked Dr. Moran, but his front office staff needs to work on customer service. I have called up there more than 10 times In the past week to get my blood work results and prescriptions.
Update: after informing the manager, communication has improved drastically and I’m very happy for that!

I wanted to edit this post after seeing Dr. Moran again. I haven't had any further issues with scheduling/communication. Dr. Moran is a great doctor. He listens to you and doesn't dismiss you. He takes his time and is thorough. I've never felt rushed through my appointments. My initial review was geared toward the front office staff and they've been great since.
Getting results and call backs from his office is a joke. I called 4 times for lab results and never heard back from them. I contacted the lab directly myself to get them. Then an ultrasound was ordered and I was never notified. I didn’t know about it until I called in to make an unrelated appointment a month later. Ultrasound turned to biopsy and I was told I’d hear from Dr. Moran on Friday about results. (The results are back. Just need him to go over them with me) Never heard anything then or on the following Monday. Called Tuesday and left a voicemail at 10am because no one answered the phone, and still no call back. Would love to know what’s happening with my health.
