Good place, great people

Office: Whether you call or go in to the office in person will make little difference because you will be helped all the same. The way Kyndra answers the phone is so professional yet welcoming in a way (like you're NOT a bother). You can tell she enjoys her job. No attitudes or lack of customer service.
Maint: The maintenance guys work fast and efficiently. They respect privacy and only get into whatever they need to fix the problem. No one in the office? No problem. Their emergency number works too.
Overall: Recently they put out a new grill, basketball net, dog park and a bigger fence around the pool. They also have renovated units. That being said, the outside is typically well kept and the neighbors are nice without being pushy. Everyone minds their own business here but it's easy to strike up a friendly conversation with anyone. I don't plan on leaving this place for any other apartment complex in the area. Should I move, it'll be in a house. That's how much I like this place, and you will too

First off, if you have any issues with Sandra and Kendra and the newest maintenance guys, you're probably an individual who is never satisfied and has expectations of getting your way. These individuals go above and beyond for cooperative tenants as myself. They are prompt on orders and concerns. As well, they upgrade all over, and that's excellent for my 4-legged boy. We appreciate your care

Excellent staff and high quality selection of units. Easily one of the best complexes I've ever lived in. Mostly families, plenty of pets and new appliances.

Kyndra in the front office is exceptional. She deserves a raise!

As a long-time resident of The Savoy Apartments I have watched both management & ownership change over the years, with the accompanying roller coaster ride of good, mediocre, and terrible customer service. In early 2023 The Savoy changed ownership & management again VERY suddenly, which left many of the remaining residents feeling uncertain about the future and unsure of what to expect from the new arrangement. As is clear from many of the reviews from 10-11 months ago and earlier (2020-2022), the previous office staff had been hard to find and slow to respond, with obvious communication gaps between management and maintenance staff, for which the residents suffered.
However, I am happy to be able to say that the new owners (Apartment Service Management Company) and new office staff have been working hard in 2023 to restore trust with current residents, and renew the appearance and functionality of the apartment complex overall. They have been responsive to service calls (such as replacing my ancient air conditioning unit in August within 24 hours of breaking down), and concerned with the care and safety of the apartment neighborhood in general.
Overall, the quality of apartment life has tremendously improved at The Savoy over the course of 2023 - a very positive trend for those of us looking at a lease renewal in the next few months!

This place is quiet and clean! 3 minute drive to Walmart for any late night needs. Towing isn't enforced to profit off of resident like some other places I've lived at. I like that there is a pool, gym & basketball court. I like even more that I don't have to pay for a 'membership' to these amenities, like some other communities are starting to do. Finally, as an Amazon Prime member, the office package acceptance service is pretty convenient.
