Pollo Regio

I came here with ny family today (this is our favorite location cause of the great food and service). Unfortunately we were not even able to enjoy our food in there due to the heat. It was so hot in there. I believe their A/C was out. I could literally see the employees themselves sweating cause of it. I would give this 5 stars if I was able to enjoy my food in there.

Busy location might have to wait just a bit BUT super nice staff! Thanks Estrella for being patient and really helpful while ordering. Food is always good, will definitely be back to this location :)

I really like eating here because they have a very authentic Mexican grilled chicken, as well as very tasty hot sauces. Karina gave us super great customer service and she's very patient in helping us get our orders right. Because of you Karina I changed my review to five stars and thank you very much for being the best.

Decided to stop by today have not been on awhile Karina Jenny Gabby gave me the absolute best customer service ever. It was very nice to walk into a friendly happy upbeat place to eat. I enjoyed or conversation and I will be coming back. Keep up the good work Ladies you all rock and you all made my day.
