Very pleased with the service I received on getting into my very first new car!
Wallace was absolutely amazing helping us with our warranty issues. He called about 4 or 5 times to keep me in the loop, was always pleasant and courteous, took care of dealing with the extended warranty company, and was not in any way pushy. He came across very trustworthy, and I would be happy to deal with him again. It's rare to get good service anymore, and dealing with needing a tow and the number of problems on the vehicle would have been a nightmare if it was compounded by bad service. I'm very happy with Fort Worth Honda.
