Buzz Custom Fence

My experience with Buzz Fence was excellent. Conrad explained the process well and advised me on the progress of the project. His crew, Ron and Xavier Trujillo, were outstanding. The fence looks beautiful. I would recommend Ron and Xavier to anyone who needs fence work. Great job!

To post a good review we have to first know what we're talking about before anger takes over.
I made a mistake and posted a bad rating for this company today. It has since been deleted and I've personally called Mike Mendias who did my quote to apologize for my outburst over the phone. Mike has been nothing but professional and timely in the way he's handled everything with my fencing quote needs! I WAS THE ONE WHO CONFUSED THE QUOTED MATERIAL TO BE SOMETHING IT WAS NOT. I CONFUSED THE CHAINLINK MESH FENCING WITH WELDED WIRE FENCING.
To make things worse I refused to speak with anyone else. That is until my confusion came to light and Mike graciously accepted my apologies. I've only used Buzz Fencing for a quote so far (Mike drove from Ft. Worth to Trinidad) which is a long way to do a quote on a relatively small job. He was courteous, professional, on time, and had the quote to me fast. That's a high level of customer service without a commitment to begin with!
Again all apologies to Mike Mendias and Buzz Fencing. You guys have been great! Now if you'll excuse me I have a huge plate of crow to eat...

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service and results provided by Buzz Fence. Throughout the entire project, their team demonstrated excellent communication and responsiveness. Their installation team was very friendly, highly skilled, and thoroughly professional. The gate is stunning. The hinges and latch are smooth and calibrated perfectly. I highly recommend Buzz to anyone in need of gate installation. Thank you for a job well done!

We had a long wait from signing the contract to start if building, mostly due to waiting on a permit. The build crew did an excellent job and the fence is beautiful. There were a few minor fixes at the end, but Colin was responsive and those were resolved. I would recommend talking to Buzz when you are considering fencing.

One of the latest and greatest Saginaw storms knocked down basically our entire fence. David with Buzz Custom Fencing came that same day to inspect and give us an estimate. The fence was up very quickly. The company they use for staining is great too! Very professional and courteous. I would recommend Buzz Fencing!
