Wonderful very helpful staff with lots of smiling faces.
Out of all the libraries in fort Worth I believe that these are the nicest ladies they are the best staff they help you and they are not ever rude acting like you bother them I have been to the shamble library and I have problems sometimes there is one lady there I don't remember her name but she is amazing and has been there for years but the one in north side I really don't like the ladies are very rude they've never been nice they act like you're bothering them when you ask a question
I wanted to say how amazing this library experience was for me! New to the DFW area and this was my 4th library trying to check out a book. Because I’m not technically a resident of fort worth I was told I couldn’t by every library near my home. THIS STAFF HOWEVER went over and beyond to call and verify my children could obtain a library card in any library in Texas.
They took the extra time to do research! Going the extra mile to have a person obtain a library card should have never been this difficult! Thanks again ladies!
The staff are very helpful and willing to work with you to fix a problem you may be experiencing. It's also very quiet so, you need not worry about being able to read a good book. Children are also read stories from time to time and there are even computers with educational games on them that they can play if they're bored.
