Simple Cremation-Fort Worth

Absolutely a 5 star provider. My mother passed just before the FEB 2021 deep freeze and blizzard. Most everything had been setup with what could be done in advance months prior. Mom showed no signs of illness but passed in her sleep peacefully but it was sudden. I would recommend doing as much as possible ahead of time even if there is no anticipation as it makes things so much easier.

Amidst the freezing weather my nephews drove down from Michigan. Simple Cremations allowed a Sunday viewing which was a treacherous drive in a blizzard but they were very accommodating. All three of our primary contacts were perfect. Amanda our main person helped us handle the details and assisted in writing the obituary page which they have a really nice provision for that and allow photos and posting provision. Jackie the, attendant to our viewing, was great and met our wishes with a nice visit. Charlene who we met for pickup and completion was equally as caring and thoughtful.

Even though we did not meet the staff that prepared Mom's hair clothing and makeup, it was perfect and I would expect the rest of the staff is just as attentive to detail. Thanks so much for making things easier. I highly recommend doing what you can in advance. Thanks to you all!

I contacted Simple Cremation based off google reviews. My Mom passed unexpectedly, and the hospital gave me 4 hours to make arrangements, and have my Mother's body picked up. I've never handled something like this before, personally, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Over the past almost 2 months(due to an autopsy and investigation) I've spoken with Jackie, and other staff members multiple times. Every single time, they've been so kind, understanding, and patient. If you're unsure about using their services, don't be. I would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could.

Losing my father was the most devastating time in my life. My mother, sister and I found Simple Cremation, and I cannot express enough how incredibly grateful we are that we did. Jackie Thompson, Funeral Director and Charlene Loeb, Cremation Specialist were there for us every step of the way, with compassion, concern and attentiveness. Their thoughtfulness and kindness showed in everything they did for us. With each phase of this sad process they guided us with support and assistance and were always there to answer any questions and give us proper timing expectations, which were always completely accurate. My family is extremely grateful to Jackie and Charlene for taking such good care of my father after he passed away and our family during this incredibly difficult time. I am very pleased to highly recommend Jackie, Charlene and the entire staff of Simple Cremation.

I could not be happier with the services that were provided. All of the women who are there are very knowledgeable and sincere in what they do. They were able to answer all of my questions and provide the best care for my grandfather. Thank you to them for all that they did and continue to do.

Out of all the funeral/cremation companies I spoke with, Simple Cremation had the ONLY representative who handled my call, questions and concerns with a heart of true caring and compassion. I was SO very impressed by this. Charlene was the absolute representation of what anyone suffering from grief would need/want to help guide you in this difficult time. So patient and understanding.
