I absolutely love this clinic! We had Dr. Kayani (sp?), but she unfortunately is no longer at that practice. We have since been seeing Dr. Newton, and she's fantastic with my kiddos. I have absolutely no complaints other than 1. My only issue was trying to get my older child her ADHD meds fixed. Due to possible depression, Dr. Newton didn't want to mess with it and said we should seek a psychiatrist. We did. It took from December of last year (2018) to May 1st, 2019 to get an appt (not her fault, obviously). During this whole time struggling to get in anywhere, my child was on the same meds every month despite me saying it's not helping at all. She was unable to focus at school at all, and even said her meds are not helping her at all. Her teachers noted her ADHD didn't seem to be under control at all. Other than the medication issue (which thanks to me basically harassing psychiatrists is finally fixed), i have had no other issues. The practice is always clean, and very welcoming. Yes, there will be times where the you're waiting longer than you would like, but you have to figure those are their busy times/seasons. There are times we wait 10 minutes at most to get in a room and shortly after, the dr is in. There are also times it takes more than an hour. That'll happen at any doctors office tho. :)
I’ve enjoyed and looked forward taking my baby to her check ups here. The front staff are always busy busy, but never rude. The nurses are nice. I did have a bad experience one time with one of them over the phone but over all nothing serious. They’ve always been helpful. Specially my daughters doctor (Dr.Goyal) is the nicest person ever. Always willing to help and answer any concerns I may have.
The only complain I have is that the bathroom is gross. But that would be the fault of all these Moms letting their kids go to the bathroom alone and having no idea their kids peed on the floor ????????♀️ Or all over the toilet.
So I took my son yesterday to check him we went at 6:45 pm the front lady was so nice and polite I only wait maybe like 5 mn and they call me, the nurse I forgot her name I think it was andrenika she was super polite she make me feel so comfortable she really love her job you can see it she explain you what she’s going to do. The doctor was so nice too I really recommend this place
