Cortland Riverside

Cortland Riverside was the first apartment complex I visited after going to Texas for my first time.The property itself is well-maintained and clean, and the amenities are top-notch. Rahni Davis assisted me in touring the facility. Immediately, I was drawn to the property and Dallas overall. I appreciated how the property managers go above and beyond to ensure that the residents are comfortable and satisfied with their living experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Cortland Riverside to anyone looking for a great place to call home in Dallas. Thank you again Rahni for providing exceptional service!

I have enjoyed living at Cortland Riverside for the past few years! The leasing office staff is amazing. They are friendly and responsive. Truly go the extra mile to provide personal customer service! The apartments have wonderful modern amenities and finishes. Convenient dog stations and centrally located dog park! The community is quiet which makes living here so much more enjoyable! I highly recommend calling Cortland Riverside home !

I feel so lucky to call Cortland Riverside home! I really can’t think of anything bad to say. The leasing staff is personable, maintenance crew is very helpful, neighbors are friendly, beautiful pool, and the apartments are beautiful. I love it here!
Side note: I also lived at Cortland Fossil Creek and loved it there as well!

Cortland Riverside is a fantastic place to live! We moved from out of state without even visiting the complex. Rahni has been phenomenal since the first phone call. She is helpful, kind, and thorough. The gym and pool are wonderful and well kept. Cannot recommend Cortland Riverside enough!

My husband and I have lived at Cortland Riverside for 1.5 years, and we have loved it! We started in the A7 1 bedroom floor plan, and it was amazing! Loved all of the finishings and space. When we found out we were pregnant, we were able to transfer to the B7 2 bedroom floor plan super easily even though we had a few more months on that specific lease. Lots of space for everything! It’s so big it honestly feels like a house.

Anytime I’ve had a maintenance request, they come out the next day and have everything fixed right! I never have to call a second time.

Parking is what seems to be most people’s main issue, but we’ve never had any problems. Make sure your visitors know to register their car, and everything should be fine! My sister in law was towed, but she didn’t register her car properly and stayed in the spot longer than 24 hours (her fault).

The office staff is great and always makes me feel important and like they know me as a resident! I’ve mentioned my pregnancy only once, and I’m asked all the time how my pregnancy is going which makes me feel happy :)

Overall we love it here and tell everyone looking for an apartment to check this one out! ❤️
