Sandshell at Fossil Creek Apartments

The leasing office went above and beyond to help me get necessary information gathered to move as quickly as possible!
I was able to move in quickly and without issues! Very positive transition during the move! Very pleased I chose this complex.

The Maintenance guys and office notified me as soon as my replacement parts came in and came to replace my things that went out. 8 out of 10 for me. Elias and Henry.

I am a resident here at Sandshell, I absolutely love this apartment complex. A lot of our family has lived here throughout the years and we have as we’ve grown up. Some of my favorite employees are Crystal she is a leasing agent here and we LOVE HER!!

I just moved in. There was a couple of issues but maintenance fixed them very quickly. The front office two girls Ariel and Crystal are awesome. They really worked with me and helped me get into my apartment. Some of the apartments like mine have older cabinets and stuff but they're still fine especially for someone who's single like me. The apartments are very quiet at night I haven't had any issues with parking.
