(April 18, 2023, 9:09 am)My husband and I just decided to move here. We love the floor plan and the office staff (Amy and Amanda) were hands down greatness. From answering all of our questions and helping us get the paperwork completed step by step. It was so refreshing to feel like you’re already home before even feeling out the paperwork. We are looking forward to many years of happy memories to come with our new soon to be HOME!!!
(April 7, 2023, 11:44 am)I moved into this apartment complex 2 years ago and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service I have received with the new management team. Amy, the Assistant Manager, has been an absolute DELIGHT to work with!! She is incredibly thorough, detailed, and kind. She went out of her way many times to help me transfer into my new apartment, which made the entire process so much smoother. I was incredibly stressed out prior to moving, so I’m truly thankful for all of her hard work. What I love most about Amy is that she is consistently quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I have. It's so refreshing to have someone who truly cares about their residents and wants to ensure that they are happy in their home :)
The leasing professionals in the office are also fantastic!! They always greet me with a smile and make me feel cared about. I truly appreciate the level of attention and care that they give to their residents.
Lastly, I have to mention the maintenance team. They are fast and ensure that everything is fixed correctly. It's great to know that any issues I may have are taken care of quickly and efficiently.
Overall, I am very pleased with the new management and the improvements they have made to this complex. They are the reason I renewed my lease and I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to call home ♡︎
(November 26, 2017, 3:09 pm)We have been here two years. Good staff , Dawn Bledsoe and her team have been great to work with. The views are great (I love seeing the pool out my window every day). The gym is always clean, well-cared for, and usually not that busy. Overall the entire walk ways and swimming pool were amazing being renovated in recent past. I believe the new owner takes care of the overall apartment very well.
The location is awesome. It’s quiet and peaceful. We rarely if ever hear our neighbors. And it’s close to freeway and major supermarkets. We always have enough parking.
Apartment finishing are decent. Our apartment’s floors are ceramic tile and carpet, and from my point. just fine. However, the countertops and appliances are pretty decent. Lighting could be better (you can always bring/install your own lighting fixtures/lamps) but due to the large windows I don’t feel the necessity of more lights. Overall, it’s pretty great finishing for the area, view, and price.
Recently we got Spectrum internet at 100 MBPS along with TV services , a great addition to this apartment.
The apartment is having a very strong maintenance team and their turn around is very quick, I never had any complaint with them. Many times, they help beyond their way.
Also, I wanted to mention the friendly mails sent to resident every week on different happenings.
I've seen Dawn and her team put in amazing efforts into transforming this community and she's doing a wonderful job!!” . Overall the management is truly caring and so everything in their power to accommodate their residents. I am happy to live here!!
