Matt and Shante are awesome in the leasing office! The amenity spaces are amazing. Great place in the city to live and walking distance to H street.

The apartments are spacious and beautifully decorated. Tamara, the late-night concierge, was always very helpful and kind! She was always eager to help residents with moving belongings, locating packages, etc. Great location with access to metro and stores nearby.

The maintenance person Mike was excellent in resolving the issue with my air conditioner (my air conditioner had not been working for 5 days)- he actually stayed and made sure the air was working before leaving, unlike other maintenance persons, that
have indicated the problem was fix, only to find out it was not resolved. Mike has been consistent when he is assigned to my request for maintenance.

My boyfriend and I love living at Senate Square! The location is ideal to a lot of restaurants, bars, the capital, and metro. The leasing office and maintenance staff are efficient, friendly, and always responsive.

I absolutely LOVE IT HERE! I moved in at the beginning of January and have been the happiest person since. It's in the perfect location - literally a 7 minute walk to the metro and less than 5 minute walk to grocery stores, coffee shops, and eatery. The leasing staff is phenomenal and the maintenance staff is even better! Kacy and Matthew in the office were exceptionally great in preparing and helping with my move in. I feel safe in this area; it stays clean and honestly very quiet too! I'm obsessed- wondering if I'll ever move but my guess is probably not :)

Highly recommended. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Nguyen welcomes any questions or concerns you may have. He makes sure you understand the procedure and present all available options. Dr. Nguyen is thorough and takes his time. He is honest, professional and with great bedside manners. The staff truly treats you like family. Very reasonably priced. Would not go anywhere else.
