Very professional, tidy, and well managed staff. The team also ensures processes and procedures are streamlined for effectiveness, to better support customers. One gentleman is prior military, so he is fully in tuned on matters to support armed forces individuals. I will continue to use their services, while away from home station.

i haven’t had a reason to go inside the office lately, but whenever I do need to go in, they are always very friendly and helpful. Property is always clean and tidy. I love that I’ve found a good storage facility so close to home and reasonably priced.

I’ve been with Macho Self Storage for about two years and I’m very satisfied with my space. The inside storage space is air conditioned. I don’t have pest problems and the service is fast and accommodating. When I signed up, I was given a key and a lock. The lock is very strong and so far no thefts or robberies. I keep the space just so I have a place to put my future items even though it is partially used. No issues with management as long as payments are made. Management does a great job of keeping tenants up to date on price changes and holiday hours. Truly enjoy my experience.

We have had a storage unit with Macho few a years now. Kelly and Mark are absolutely awesome. They are courteous and helpful. We had to get a unit for our Mom and granddaughter on short notice, they helped us figure out what size was needed, promptly cleaned the new unit and made the process very smooth. Great facility and staff.
