  Excellent customer service! Mrs. Vashandra Woods is great! She offered more options than my previous insurers were willing or able to do. She’s very patient and went out of her way to make sure I understood everything before moving on. Mrs. Woods made the experience of looking for better insurance options so much easier and efficient. I am very pleased.

  When it comes to satisfaction and peace of mind the Washington Agency is where it is at. The staff is professional and attentive to your needs and concerns. They are driven by integrity and making sure their customers are top priority. I had the pleasure of meeting with Leia Sanders. She was on top of everything she was thorough and patient. She even broke down every product and the importance of all the goods her agency had to offer. No question was unanswered. I will be referring her services to friends. I am thankful that she helped me and my family. Definitely a sweetheart.

  I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Chris Columbus. The process of selecting insurance is a life changing experience.. so many things could go wrong. Mr. Columbus was so very responsive to my needs and wants. He took his time to make sure that I understood exactly what I was getting and how it would benefit me and my family. His professionalism went over and beyond that of anyone that I've ever worked with. He left me with feeling empowered by the choices I made and relief knowing that my family would be cared for in their times of need. If you are worried about this process I say: ask for Mr Chris! He'll care for you like family.

  I had an appointment today to discuss the pros and cons of moving between a term life insurance and whole life insurance plan. I spoke to Brandon Wood, who was excellent, intentional, and concise in breaking down the differences for me, even going the extra step of writing down examples and diagrams for me to absorb on my own time. He made the process feel comfortable and the concepts seem within my reach to grasp. Further, I can tell that, as a representative of the team, he showed a competitive value without giving off that "seller" feeling which everyone dreads coming in.
