  Have always had superior care here. Don't get me wrong, the Doctor I saw was great. Hence the 4 star rating.. The nurse I had today however, didn't listen very well. The purpose for my visit/issues I was having were partially incorrect on my chart. She never weighed me and never asked for or measured my height (both were wrong on my chart.) A blood pressure reading was entered on my chart also...supposedly taken from my Left arm. That never happened. My chart also said that patient has NEVER smoked. I don't smoke now, but hat was also incorrect as I had been a 1-1/2 to 2 pack a day smoker for more than 25 years! Oh yes, and as far as my thyroid goes... it's under active not over active; HYPO, not HYPER! Let's see what else we can just make up while we are at it.

  Everyone was really nice here. I understand during these times with the pandemic it's been more than hectic for them. So keeping your sanity and being able to continue being patient and kind isn't always easy. So thank you for that, and thank you for everything else that your doing. I appreciate you all.

  The service was very friendly. The receptionist was professional and efficient. We we're seen as soon as we got there. No waiting. Which was great! Thank u Care Now for all the accommodation. We drove an hour and forty five minutes.

  We had an excellent experience our first time there (yesterday). The online check-in was useful and shortened our wait time in the lobby. Everyone was courteous from the front desk to the Doctor. The staff here was efficient in getting all the awaiting patients in and out quickly. The entire facility was clean including the lobby restroom. They have a kid's corner, TV, and free coffee/tea bar. We went for my son's annual sports physical which was only $20! We will return every year as long as he plays sports! Thank you CareNow!

  This team is doing a good job. Don't get in a hurry because they do take some time. I was pleased with my interaction with the professionals here. They do a good job. Additionally, the location has great accessibility from the northbound 35 interstate.
