(July 10, 2020, 5:02 pm)I am shocked! Looking at some of these reviews. And I honestly cannot believe it. I’ve been here for 7 years and let me tell you Mary and Elizabeth have helped me so much. Since they have been here. Always so sweet and ready to help. Don’t get me wrong there has been fallouts but things always get situated because they handle it very professional. Obviously not everyone is going to be happy but hey I can vouch I’ve been here for years and I WILL NOT LEAVE! I especially love the dog park although some people unfortunately are too lazy to pick up after their pets waist, here come Maintanence men that have to clean up after lazy people. The community is always clean and pool always looks very nice. Coming from a 7year resident I recommend this place!

(May 4, 2020, 8:45 pm)My husband and I love this place!! We moved in a month ago and everyone from the leasing staff to the maintenance guy has been top notch. They are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The property is well maintained and the park behind the complex is awesome for families and any of your activities. There is a great dog park where they will leave dog toys and balls out for our furry family members on the property. The price is very affordable and there are a bunch of different layouts for your choosing. The location is great, it’s near Walmart and the mall and all of the freeways. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place. I would definitely recommend living here!!!

(April 15, 2020, 4:52 pm)This has been home for 3 years. Since moving in they changed management for the better and have cleaned house! I love the front office staff. They are always friendly and super helpful. Maintenance is always timely and efficient! It’s definitely a quiet and safe place for my family. Management is always in communication with reminders and updates through door flyers and emails. And it’s really nice to have shopping and entertainment close by. If you have kids CISD is a great school district to put your kids in as well!

(October 25, 2018, 7:13 pm)These apartments are HUGE! The prices are just right. Customer service in front office has always been on point, no complaints in that department. I’d recommend to anyone looking to live in a quiet area, fully updated units and a place where there’s a piece of mind.
