Rented same house for 5 years. Very respectful of my space and time. Would rent from them again!
We have been living in an Award property for 4 years this August. This landlord has worked with us at every turn and pretty much stays out of our hair. When we have had emergency maintenance issues, they have been addressed immediately. When we first found the property, we only had 1 week to move out of our other home, and Award went above and beyond to ensure we had somewhere to live, even coming in on a Saturday to allow us to sign a lease and start moving in. I only take away the 5th star because non-emergency maintenance has been slow.
