Cinch Cleaners

I needed to have a new pair of pants hemmed. As I was out I stopped in on a Saturday to ask and was warmly greeted and had all my questions answered. I returned a hour later with my new pants plus another suit and several shirts and dresses for my wife. Again I was quickly taken care of as the nice lady took all the items. On Monday I returned to drop off a couple more shirts and a younger lady was there and I had the same experience. Before dropping off these shirts I looked up the closing time and was surprised to see the meager rating and complaints of rude service that I had never experienced. I returned on Wednesday to pickup everything and again was greeted very nicely about the same time a car pulled into the drive up window for pickup. My wife and I were asked to wait for a few minutes as she helped the drive up customer. That was not a problem at all as we were not in a hurry. Now if I could give a negative rating to the pompous lady that was picking up at the window I would have. She (the customer) was incredibly rude and condescending and the nice young lady took it all in stride and got the ladies items an put them in the back seat as she was rudely commanded to do. Then she came and took care of us. I comment about the terrible behavior and the young lady just shrugged it off. I told her the pickup window was for the self absorbed that can't be bothered to walk in and deal in person. The young lady said the window was great for people with kids that way they don't have to get everyone out. This young lady was so upbeat and wonderful to deal with during the entire transaction. I give this place 5 starts because I was able to have a new pair of pants hemmed and several items cleaned in less than a week. The clothes all look great. I can only imagine the one start reviews are from the morons that roll up to the drive thru and honk the horn as they can't be bothered to get out of the car let alone get off the phone to conduct their business. I don't really use a cleaner like this a lot but I will be right back here next time I need anything!
