Could not have bought the Indian bansuri or flute from a better source. Mr Kirti Patel is very professional from notifications post purchase to step by step process of opening, cleaning and regular maintenance. His website is also very useful for learning tips and etc. I am beginner and there are very useful tips to choosing the right flute. I bought a C medium natural from you.

Very Professional. Took the time to chat with me and tell me how to care for and maintain the flute. The flute arrived very quickly in perfect condition . I play it everyday and it still looks brand new . The sound improves over time as well once the wood is properly oiled . The customer service was great and very pleasant. It's amazing that we can get high quality bamboo flutes here in America for such a good price !
