The clinical staff provides true patient centered care. Our residents are treated professionally and personally like members of their own families. The nurse Nickki and aide Lisa are amazing!!!! They ALWAYS provide immediate response to any need we might have.
I think the best reference you can give is trusting someone to take care of your own family. New Century has my own family in their care because I knew they would take great care of rhem and they have gone above and beyond with my family as well as all of the other families they take care of.
