Every member of their staff goes above and beyond their jobs. We were treated very kindly through the whole process. Although it was not an easy time dealing with loss, Charles and his team made the process easier to deal with. I never felt taken advantage of, and instead felt their kindness and compassion, which is exactly what our family needed at the time.

Charlie (the owner) is a very nice and friendly guy! And Maria, (funeral home coordinator) was AMAZING! She is one of the sweetest, compassionate, caring, sympathetic individuals I have met. During these difficult times, she makes the entire process easy and attends to the family's needs. The funeral home itself is well laid-out and be able to have the room to ourself to spend all day with our deceased loved one was much needed, especially since we weren't able to see our beloved in the hospital due to Covid. We are very grateful and thankful to the entire staff for making this process as easy as possible. Thank you Maria and Charlie!

Wow. I just have to say that this team blew me away with how accommodating and graceful they made an extremely hard time easier.
From calling Charlie the director at 4 in the morning to have him discuss all the options with me and set everything up.
To the team that came to take our loved one to the funeral that was honorable and gracious.
To Maggie at the front desk who was kind and offered sweet words and help with anything we needed.
Then Maria was incredibly flexible and helped us make sure that we had the best for my mother in law. She helped us get more affordable flowers that spared no expense of the arrangement, set up a a beautiful rosary and mass, then was extraordinarily sweet and thoughtful throughout the process.
These people definitely found their calling to help people going through the hardest point in life and make it easier.

My dad passed away unexpectedly so unfortunately we had to find a Fort Worth funeral home for his service and cremation. After talking to many other places I gave Hawkins Funeral a call. I could tell right off that they truly cared. We met with the director Charlie that same day and he made every effort possible to comfort me and my family. The process was much easier than others from the beginning. The funeral home is beautiful and so was my dads funeral service. If you have recently lost a loved one I’m so sorry for your loss. I have lost many close friends and relatives so I have been to too many funerals lately. I recommend you contact Hawkins Funeral Home if they deserve the best. Don’t be intimidated by the elegance.
