UPDATE: As they now have online ordering, everything runs much smoother and overall I believe the sandwiches are better as a result. I don't know about anyone else, but I prefer not to watch my sandwich being made.
You other reviewers have eaten there, right? I live nearby, and because of how close I live to this subway, I will go back there again after long periods have elapsed, each time vowing never to return. Out of convenience, I went there again today, and was subject to the man behind the counter's bullying tactics when trying to order a sandwich. My wife agrees, these people (no matter who is serving you) are either stupid, incompetent, or they just don't care. They basically just want to make the sandwich their way, and push things in that direction. Possibly because they seem to struggle with taking direction (in a Subway? That's what it's supposed to be all about.) In any case, they seldom do what you ask them to do in terms of adding ingredients or condiments (like a little sandwich with that mayo?) If you ask them to do something a little out of the ordinary, like cooking the raw bacon that he was about to put on my sandwich, the insecure expressions and confounded actions would almost be hilarious if it wasn't about something that you were hoping to eat at some point. I've eaten at Subways all over the Metro Atl area; this place is the worst one hands down. And wouldn't you know it, they operate right near where I live. These folks somehow managed to buy a franchise where the operation is all laid out for you, and you're obviously trained on how to go about running it. Alas, they are not sandwich makers........
The guy seemed shy at first. After we initiated a conversation he was very pleasant to talk to. Fast service & it was good.
One of the best subways I've been to. Young man behind the register named Muhammad knew the menu very well, very courteous, and made my order quickly. I would go back just because of the positive customer service I received. People complain the younger generations do not have customer service skills. Muhammad is an example that proves that theory wrong.
I’m a regular of this place. The sandwiches are absolutely amazing! The portion sizes are great, and the workers are lovely to chat with. I love going here when I’m hungry. I eat at subways a lot, and this is the best subway I’ve been to.
Thank you for your quick response and on getting rental coverage for my apartment!!
So friendly and saved us $. I wish I remembered the name of the helpful lady that assisted us. She was caring and worked to get us the best rate hassle free. Kuddos!
Had car insurance thru them for years. Very low priced rates and great customer service.
