Wholesome providers who went above and beyond for us.
I've been going to Dr. Liu for over 10 yrs. Very professional, explains things well and very knowledgeable. Ms. Pat is always so sweet and helpful. They always seem to be very busy but do their best to manage it well. They have gone out of their way to be helpful and caring to me!
Pat, at the front desk, has fifty million things to do at one time. I really appreciate how she manages to get the things done that need to get done. Seriously, she is amazing Lady, and besides probably needing an assistant, she deserves any and all promotions/raises. She is definitely one of a kind and should be recognized for all her hard work that she accomplishes on a regular bases. We need to have more people like her in any and or all industries. Thank you Pat for all that you do.
Mr. Maurice Lehman - Patient
I cannot say enough about Ms. Pat in the office. Going through this process with my dad (dementia) is already hard enough. She has allowed me to call and speak with her about issues I am seeing with my dad. Without asking her, she called my parents hometown police department to get some of my questions answered for me just in case my dad gets lost. She’s amazing. I have felt so alone during this process but I don’t any longer with her. She has helped my heart so much. She has understood not only my feelings but my dads as well. She listens to him. Talks to him like he doesn’t have the disease. She communicates directly to him which is so important because he is still with it enough to have integrity. I could seriously go on and on about the wonderful experiences I have had with her. I hugged her when I left today. And, as we were walking out, she knew my dad was angry/upset and she gave him a hug. In my family, we are all huggers so that meant the world to me and I know my dad. Thank you, Ms. Pat. I hope this info gets sent to you. If not, one day I’ll make sure to tell you in person. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You can’t bring my dads memory back but you have made me feel like you are in this with us. Thank you for that.
