Great service
On Sat. July 25th I had called ahead knowing that the store was closing in 20-25 min. "Thumper" answered and I told him I needed some parts, could I give him a list so he could have it ready or even set it out as not to keep him past the closing time. He suggested I just come on in, that he would wait for me. I offered to pay over the phone and that it would take me 15 to 20 min to get there. He insisted just to come and he would wait. I showed up a few minutes before close, but he greeted my wife and I at the door and with an attitude to serve. I gave him the list and he patiently assisted us, gathered the order and, never appeared to rush us along. I received our order and walked out at 21 minutes after there closing hours. I thanked him for waiting and taking care of us so well. True customer service... despite our untimely arrival. Brian should know that he has a superb employee and we appreciate Longhorns display of unmatched service. You guys are excellent.
