  The Hilton Garden Inn is a decent hotel near the airport in Orlando. It is a little outdated and needs some remodeling. Some of the rooms have a musty smell to them. They is plenty of hot water and the towels are thick and heavy. It has a small pool area and gym. They also have a small restaurant with a few items. The staff is friendly and rooms mostly clean.

  Ive left my car there several times, once for 13 days! No issues....watch for a deal...free parking with nights stay. Great room too! Free shuttle to and from MCO! Was pretty quickly picked up!

  We stayed and parked at this hotel before our trip to Jamaica. We returned 9/11/2021 and the shuttle picked us up at the airport and took us to our vehicle. When we got to our vehicle the battery was dead. After calling roadside assistance and waiting an hour they couldn’t get it started and left us stranded. We went into the hotel and explained our situation. The shuttle driver took me to auto zone to get a new battery and helped me get my vehicle jump started at 9 pm at night in the rain. While we were at auto zone the lady I believe was the manager ran home and got a starter pack. We didn’t need it but what a great gesture. We will definitely stay at the hotel anytime when in Orlando. These people sincerely cared for us and went over and above. The managers name I believe is Alilah or close to that and I didn’t catch the drivers name but hopefully they know how this meant to us. Thank you again and these two employees deserve an award of some kind.

  I continue to choose this particular property as it is in a safe area, has modern, clean rooms, and a friendly, helpful staff. The included hot breakfast buffet offers several different options, plus the Chef can prepare eggs your way, or make a nice omelet for the asking. They offer shuttle service to the airport terminal, just a five minute ride. Overall, a winner in my book!
