Amerisleep Mattress Store The Shops at Clearfork, Dallas Fort Worth

I searched high and low on the internet looking for a replacement for the adjustable bed I had to give up on my last move. But my biggest concern was finding the right mattress because of my back issues. I was really impressed with Amerisleep when I discovered them. Bet Jesse B. was so helpful and knowledgeable (and so patient when there was a glitch with the credit card company’s system!) My mattress came today and I already love it. In fact, I called my sister up, and convinced her to order one too (which she did this afternoon, too!)

I shopped for a new mattress for a couple of weeks and finally decided on the Amerisleep AS3 Hybrid. I tried ordering online but my order just wasn't going through. The next day I tried again and got the same results. I called Customer Support and spoke with Kevin about the issue and he tried to help me but we still had no luck. Day 3 of trying and doing everything Kevin had suggested I spoke with Jesse B. in customer support. He suggested I change my address on file with my bank and I did that but something still wasn't right. Day 4 I tried online again and my order finally went through using PayPal!!! Now I'm just waiting for my new mattress to arrive! Thanks Kevin and Jesse B. for your help! You are awesome!

Jesse was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer all of my questions. He made the whole process very easy and pleasant and I ended up purchasing my products from Amerisleep today! Hopefully the mattress will be just as great as his service. Thanks Amerisleep!

Donald walked us through the features and benefits of all the mattresses. We tried all and found the perfect one. He was honest, even when it meant not selling specific accessories. I appreciate that a lot. Overall great experience. Can’t wait to get our mattress!

WOW! First I love that I was IM with a real person! I asked a lot of questions of Jesse and he gave me quick, clear information and answers to all of my questions. He was polite and empathetic to my quest to get the right bed for our son who lives 1200 miles away and has back issues. I love that he went the extra mile to hunt down a discount on the platform for the bed. I found this company online and I so appreciate that their main mission is to find the best fit for a mattress. They will replace the mattress if it does not work out after a trail period and request that it is donated to charity if it does not work out....and will send another suitable mattress. He has kindly sent me all of the info to my email to review with my hubs when he gets home. It's nice to feel like we can do something good for our son who lives so far away from us now.
