  When i was 16 and 17 I went here. And let me tell you, this place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I was in such a terrible place mentally and I thought I was a lost cause. The group therapy was so nice. They allow everyone to talk, And gave very valuable advice. One therapist I believe her name was Jasmine. She was my favorite therapist. I asked to transfer to her group the second time I went. they offer coloring sheets all day, food was very good, ALL the staff were so so kind and honestly I miss them! Even the cleaning ladies were so so sweet I learned so many coping skills that Still use today. Beds were like hotel beds. You can tell the staff care about and love their patients and their jobs. They give you journals as well that you can write in. They also do art, yoga and music therapy! I’m sure I’m forgetting something else. So much fun. The cafeteria ladies greeted us by name every meal time and always had a big smile. THIS PLACE HELPED! I really have nothing bad to say at all. They also give you privacy if you need it. With the door open of course. They don’t just throw you in a room by yourself. If you need REAL help that will last, COME HERE

  Mesa Springs is amazing!! Everyone was so nice! My son was traumatized by Pecan Valley, so when I brought him to Mesa Springs he was crying and shaking. The employees put him at ease, and had got us back within of 5 minutes of showing up. If you need help with mental disorders, substance abuse, or anything psychiatric Mesa Springs is the best place to start. I can not thank them enough!

  Following the death of my Dad i. 2016, I had a psychotic episode and was unable to mentally process my grief. The staff here was very kind and compassionate. Their kindness has stayed with me ever since, and I have many fond memories of my experience here. It's privately owned, which makes a thousand times better than any state or county facility I have ever been to. If I am ever I'm crisis again, my husband knows this is where I prefer to be treated. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility, and I am deeply grateful to this day for the Dr's and staff - psychiatric staff, housekeeping, cafeteria (food was amazing!), and maintenance. These people are all amazing at their jobs. Also, Jesus is very much alive and well in this hospital, which is an added bonus.

  This place was a Godsend. My wife was suicidal and severely depressed. The staff from the receptionist to the doctors were amazing. They updated me often on my wife’s status. They talked to me so that I had a great understanding of what was going on. I spoke to my wife daily and often and could hear her demeanor changing for the better. I asked my wife about her experience and she said they were wonderful caring people. Her only complaint was that the meals weren’t restaurant quality. But even that was said in jest because I’m an Executive Chef of a French restaurant.
  I highly recommend this facility to all people experiencing suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety and panic.
  Thank you to all of the staff at Mesa Springs. All of you are wonderful people and you are doing a great job.
