I don't usually shop at this location. However, I wish people would stop picking up items they don't want putting items back every where, dropping/pulling things off the shelf, letting their kids touch, pull, and play with items. This makes the store look unorganized and sometimes filthy. They just lost my business because I turn around and go somewhere else. Overall, I give them a B- because I sometimes see the store Rep trying to tidy and put things back right.

Due to the terrible customers service and how dirty the Ross in Arlington Tx is we drove and hour to the Ross in Weatherford, customer service is great and store is super clean, that makes is worth the drive and we will definitely come back at least once a month.

Found a very good buy! Price was unbelievably low and quality was high!!! Great experience!

I quickly found what I was looking for within 2 minutes and was out or the store in 10. The line was long but moved fast. Great customer service too.
