  Although this place is always busy and this place needs major renovation, I truly appreciate the help and services from Jen my physical therapist. I've been coming here since 2021. FIVE stars for my physical therapist Jen because she's very good at what she does, is empathetic, kind, and has helped me a lot. The office manager at the front desk is super cool too. Her name is Jennifer and has a sweet therapy dog named Penelope who cheers all the patients up. I painted Penelope's portrait as a gift to Jennifer and it's in the front office if you visit.

  I love and miss the staff here! Everyone was helpful! Kind and for the most part gentle to the touch when popping those kinks out of my back! I would to go back there to save my body but I had to depart from Texas and I'm not sure if I'll ever find a place as good as this one! They helped me with any issue I had and made my everyday life so much better. I literally walked out feeling 10 years younger everyday.

  The staff and management r outstanding.i feel so comfortable and welcime. These people are so compassionate and make us feel so good. From Gwen the owner to jennifer the receptionist and all the therapists.they give outstanding service and help to everyone regard less of need.i feel like they really care about the client and their individual needs.kuddos to all that work there.awesome.

  I've been going to the Smart Institute now for 2 months and can say nothing but the best about my experience there. The front desk is professional, courteous, and excellent at handling the scheduling. The orthopedic staff is also excellent. They've helped me tremendously with my back, knee and neuropathy conditions. I'm already able to better understand and control the pain.
