Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Fort Worth

Unfortunately we had a PVC blockage due to roots which grew into the main wqtwr line. The technician orchestrated everything with professionalism and care despite the it being midnight. He diagnosed the issue quickly and provided solutions in a prompt manner.

You ask for a survey. My tech was Sinatra Allen but he did not appear in the choices u gave me to review. He was through, respectful, knowledgeable. A great experience With him.

Amazing experience! Company was very easy to get a hold of and even called to make sure I was home from work before having the tech come out. Once the tech got here he was so professional explain everything that was going on and showed me what the pipes looked like. I don’t normally leave reviews but Mathew G. was amazing!

Clinton Walker (Mr. Rooter) in Ft. Worth did a Fantastic Job!!! He was very people friendly, he actually listened to what my Husband & I had to say before he started asking questions!! He was very Professional & Efficient. The price that was quoted was a lot better than 3 other plumbing places I had called. Truly listening and not assuming is a Great Quality to have in Customer Service. He was very Polite & very Knowledgeable in his profession. And we, my Husband & I, will Definitely be using Clinton Walker again for future plumbing products and issues. Thanks Mr. Rooter for sending a Great Employee to our home.
