(July 16, 2019, 1:54 pm)Club Pilates is the best fitness program I have ever done! Where do I begin? They have small classes of only 12 people, so everyone gets the proper instructions. The instructors are amazing! They all really seem to love what they do! And if you gave any injuries or other body issues, they incorporate any necessary changes into your routine. The classes are varied, so there is always something else to try! I love these classes because they are low impact, yet great for core building. Best workout ever!!!

(June 17, 2019, 12:48 pm)I've been taking Pilates classes for over a year now at this studio, and I can feel how much my body has changed since then. I love the energy of the instructor's which wake you up regardless if you feel tired or not yet awake.
I took the demo class and got hooked.
My energy is amazing and I love how strong my body feels now. They have great challenges during the year to keep you motivated and coming to the classes.
Totally recommend it, you will find a great place to workout and make new friends like me!!!
