I wish that I could give this office more than five stars! My experience here could not have been better! The staff is sweet, friendly, and welcoming. They even put forth the extra effort to say goodbye and tell me to have a nice day when I walked by to leave out the front doors. The cashier was fun and informal, making me feel right at home. Dr. Pierce was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain and inform, helped to put me at ease, has a calming disposition, and even cracked a few jokes. I don't think I've ever just burst out laughing at the optometrist like that! I am a very large person with anxiety about these types of visits and the staff, including Dr. Pierce was kind, body positive, and encouraging. I felt calm and comfortable the whole time I was there. They send you pleasant reminders for your visit. They were also following CDC guidelines for mask wearing and cleanliness. If you're not going here, you definitely should be. I will not go anywhere else again!

Excellent staff and doctors. They set the bar high for how a practice should be run. They could even show others how to run a practice. Great communication. I appreciate Dr. Lee and Dr. Pierce for the care they have provided me over the last few years.

I have had such a great experience at Insight Eye Associates. They are straightforward with their pricing, which is very important to me. The staff is very helpful and friendly too! I came here for more of a medical reason not for a vision appointment and it was a great experience. I will be back for my annual eye exam for sure!
When I did get a bill for the appointments in the mail it had an itemized list (that I did not have to request!) and the letter itself was helpful. It was very easy to pay online too. Also, not to mention that the address was handwritten, which I really liked! (Small, but it felt personal)

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Dr. Pierce is great at explaining everything in detail and answering any questions. Highly recommend!
