I just bought a 2022 hurricane from NTM. At first, I had a few issues but Brad and Jerry took care of those issues quickly. All issues have been resolved. Thanks guys. Loving my boat. I recommend dealing with NTM. 😁
Great boat dealer, we love ❤️ our salesman, Mike Simpson.. If you're gonna buy a boat, you can trust Mike for a great experience!..Update on Starcraft products. Had my Bimini Top come apart during a boat ride.. Put a claim in to replace the top. I don't expect to see the replacement top for a few months. POOR CUSTOMER Service from the StarCraft regional sales guy. MIKE BURNS....Called and left a message but no sign of interest in my issue. Don't think I'll be up grading after this year.
We went to look at boats 3 weeks ago. Salesman named Mike Approached us. He was down to earth spent a lot of time with me and the Family. Explaining boats to us and finding what meet are needs. When I say he was no pressure sales man he is a no pressure sales me. I loved that he answered question and was patient with us. Now we are a proud owners of a new boat. I would go to Mike for all my boating needs from here on out. Great service on his part and that what I like. When a sales person puts pressure on me I’m out the door I like to go with the flow and exactly what Mike did. Great Experience at the dealership as well. We bought our boat here after almost getting one from Cabelas. Never been so happy to check somewhere else. They took care of us and never applied any pressure. I still call up our sales person and ask how to care for the boat or what to do in certain situations. They are in it for the long haul.
I did not buy my boat from North Texas Marine, but they treated me like I did. I had an engine issue and they quoted me a week to 10 days to fix it. To my suprise, they called me exactly one week from when I dropped it off. Fixed! Brad, the service manager, was excellent and took care of all my needs and questions. I will be using NTM again in the future and will be recomending them to all my boating friends.
