  These people at car toys I do really appreciate them, I had an appointment with them at 12 noon, arrived at car toys at about around 11, they got right on it they talked me into a tent which turned out really great then they offered me a new box for my 12's installed new Infinities, installed two new Alpine's hook up my amp, detailed my truck vacuum,wiped down the dash cleaned it up pretty nice, these guys all in there we're really professionals I really do appreciate them for doing what they done they all done a great job I would recommend them 100% to all my friends

  They were very professional,the time they told me it would be done it was done,very good install on my stereo and back up camera

  Staff both sales and installer. Was not the best. I've had better. 2 days later I noticed a part of my car was not placed back the way it was. You can tell it was a rush job. Then there was small tools left inside my car. When I got there things were not complete. I was called and told my vehicle would be done within the hour. I used my lunch time to go pick my vehicle up. I got there and my car was out front. I arrived and was handed the keys. I asked to make sure my remotes were programmed and they had not been. After 10 mins of back and forth the install guy said he would need to pull it back into the garage to finish it. Now its been 15 mins total time Ive been there on my lunch break. So I wait and wait. As I pull out once its done I find the volume button on my steeling wheel controls something else. Not what it was intended to control. So, overall I was not and am not happy. I plan to come back but this location is not the experience I had in mind once I figured I'd getting my work done at Car Toys.

  They have done a complete 180 on me. At the end of the day they have changed me from unsatisfied to satisfied. They turned a wrong into a right . Once I brought my truck ick back in they had it done it done in less than 2 hours. The before pics and after so it no justice. Everything was cleaned up and made up. I upgraded the radio system bc it was just sad once I begin listening to it. I plan to go back now. When you $$ you expect a company to come though for you. They have come though for me. I’m good now.
