Power Steam Carpet Cleaning

Nothing but praise for this company. Tony, our technician, was polite and answered all of our questions. He told us what he could do, and what to expect. Didn’t give us a “pie in the sky” snow job. He was fast and did a job that went beyond what we expected. I’ll use them again!

First time using this company (7.24.21) - found them by searching online for carpet cleaners. BEST CARPET CLEANING SERVICE IVE EVER USED! Will use their services again and again and HIGHLY recommend this company. Mike was our technician and he asked questions about our carpet and checked to see if it was wool or synthetic or a blend so he knew which cleaning options would work best. (No other carpet cleaning service has ever done this). My husband and I are more than 100% satisfied customers!!!!!

Mike did a great job cleaning our carpets! We did not have high hopes for them looking clean after many years of wear and tear but they look amazing! He really took time to make sure we were happy with the end product and he definitely delivered. Highly recommend their carpet cleaning services!!

Edit: The owner responded to my issue and offered a recleaning or a refund. The refund was issued promptly. I appreciate that he was polite, professional, and prompt. I have adjusted my review to four stars because I believe his customer service goes a long way to showing this is a business that cares even when things don't go as expected.

Needed to clean carpet in house i just purchased as it had pet stains in one bedroom. It looked better as soon as the guy was done but it took 48 hours to dry, the stains returned even darker and the smell got increasingly worse, probably due to the long drying time (I put fans blowing on it the whole time as well). I had to follow up with several treatments of natures miracle to try and get rid of the lingering odor. The natures miracle resolved the issue mostly but I am very unhappy to have spent almost $150.00 on cleaning one room that only made the issue worse. Was told on the phone that they would use enzymes and paid extra for that but I seriously doubt it was done. And 48 hours to dry with fans... that carpet was soaked and done improperly.
