After another contractor botched a remodel, I engaged the Horton Electrical Service crew to assist me with the electrical work. They assisted me in saving the job by providing high-quality work. After that, I started handing them more and more jobs, and it was always a great experience. Now, three years later, I've entrusted them with my own home, and I couldn't be happier. My property is a 1970s bungalow with numerous faults, and Horton Electrical Service has been invaluable in assisting me in changing and re-doing the scope of work on a daily basis.
Horton Electrical Service were fantastic. They spent quite a bit of time locating hidden breaker box to do what otherwise would have been a 5 or 10 minute job. I didn't get charged any extra. And once this was done they even helped me change an odd light bulb that I couldn't figure out how to unscrew.
On Saturday, we needed someone to come out and deal with a tangle of wires in a fuse box with three switches. We contacted Horton Electrical Service, and the technician arrived within a few hours. He soon found out which wires belonged to which switch and connected and tested them all. We'll definitely call Horton Electrical Service the next time we need an electrician!
The professionalism of these gentlemen began with my first call to them for help. I am so impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness and their suggestions and advice was extremely helpful.
