I had no clue about what the hell I was getting myself into when I bought some transfers online, so I called Promo Planet and Andy answered the phone and talked me through it and said if you’re still having problems with downloading your transfers are anything feel free to stop by! I needed a custom shirt printed up in a hurry. I normally have used Zazzle in the past for my custom items, however they couldn't turn it around fast enough. I googled stores in the area and found Promo Planet. I am so thankful I did! I was only printing one t-shirt and they treated me like I was ordering a 5000 piece order. They were so friendly and helpful over the phone and were able to turn around my project within a couple of days. They took pride in my order even though it was just an uploaded jpeg. When I stopped by the store to pick up my order, they have a showroom with other products I could customize so now I have many ideas going forward. The customer service was spectacular both in the ordering and the picking up. I highly recommend !!!

Rick and his team are super! Reached out to them and requested quotes and products on a short notice and they worked wonderfully to meet our needs. They did an amazing job on our Team Polo Shirts!
