(June 2, 2020, 3:11 pm)Love the service from Jules and the young male that worked at the front the day before. They provided excellent service the duration of my stay. I would like to say that we had an issue with the cleaning crew knocking at our door before checkout. This was a bit frustrating and we expressed those concerns to Jules and she apologized to us on their behalf. Due to her excellent service we felt better leaving and will come back. (March 6, 2020, 11:00 am)I love this hotel. They had great customer service and amazing staff. I love the view of the lake and downtown Fort Worth. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was hot. I really love this hotel and cant wait to go back to this location.
