They have the best customer service and efficiency of any company I've ever dealt with. Without IBS my business would not be where it is today. If you're looking for a very affordable, extremely reliable and full service fulfillment company, this is the place to go. I've used other fulfillment companies and they don't hold a candle to the service I receive here. The entire crew at IBS is kind, caring and do exactly what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. If there was one thing I could change about them.......well there isn't one thing. IBS alloww us to do what we do best....talk to our customers and sell product; they handle the inventory and shipping.
